Image License

All photography, renderings, and imagery published on emeraldoakdesign.com are owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Emerald and Oak Design LLC. This page sets out the terms under which those images may be used and how to request written permission.

Ownership

Unless expressly stated otherwise beside a specific image, every photograph on this Site is protected by copyright and credited to Emerald & Oak Design. Images of installed interiors are published with client permission and may depict private residences. Nothing on this Site transfers ownership of any image or of any intellectual-property right in it.

Permitted Editorial Use

Editors, journalists, and publications may reproduce an image for non-commercial editorial coverage of Emerald & Oak Design provided that all of the following are true:

• The image is reproduced in full and is not cropped, recolored, filtered, or composited.
• A visible credit reads “Interior design by Emerald & Oak Design” and, where the format allows, links to emeraldoakdesign.com.
• The use does not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation that does not exist.
• The image is not used to advertise or promote another design firm, product, or service.

Uses That Require Written Permission

Advertising, marketing, packaging, merchandise, stock-library redistribution, model or dataset training, resale, and any commercial reproduction all require a separate written license from Emerald & Oak Design in advance.

Requesting a License

To request permission, email miriam@emeraldoakdesign.com with the specific image URL, where it will appear, and the intended duration of use, or begin a conversation. We respond to licensing requests within five business days.

Takedown and Corrections

If you believe an image has been published in error or without the appropriate right, email miriam@emeraldoakdesign.com and we will review and, where warranted, remove or correct it promptly. These terms supplement our Terms of Use.
