Every interior we deliver passes through other people's hands — an architect's drawings, a builder's superintendent, a fabricator's saw, an installer's final adjustment. This directory names the firms we have actually worked beside, what they do, and how the collaboration runs.

A referral list is easy to write and worth very little. This is deliberately narrower: a firm appears here only after we have collaborated with them directly on a project and can describe how they behave on a job site — how they read a drawing set, how they handle a conflict discovered at rough-in, how they protect finished work while other trades are still moving through the house.

That standard keeps the directory short, and intentionally so. It also means the descriptions below are our own observations from working together — not verified claims about any firm's credentials, pricing, or performance on projects we were not part of. Nothing here is paid placement, and where a listed company shares ownership with Emerald & Oak Design, we say so on the listing itself.
