Apply to the Partner Showcase
We list architects, builders, and trades we have worked beside — not firms we have only heard of. Nine published vetting criteria, six of them mandatory, precede any listing. There is no application fee, listing fee, or paid placement at any stage.
Charlotte, NC · Partner Vetting
We list architects, builders, and trades we have worked beside — not firms we have only heard of. This application is the front end of that process. Read the criteria before you fill it in; they are the same standards we apply internally, published here so no one wastes a week finding out we are not a fit.
Six of the nine criteria below are mandatory. They exist because every one of them has, at some point, been the difference between a smooth installation and a three-week delay. Affirm only what is genuinely true of your firm — we verify through references before anyone is listed.
YOUR RESPONSES ARE RECORDED WITH THE APPLICATION AND REVIEWED BY HAND. NOTHING IS SCORED AUTOMATICALLY FOR APPROVAL; THE PERCENTAGE IS CONTEXT FOR THE REVIEW, NOT A VERDICT.
6 MANDATORY CRITERIONS STILL UNCHECKED. ALL REQUIRED ITEMS MUST BE AFFIRMED TO SUBMIT.
Acknowledgement
You receive an automated confirmation with a copy of what you submitted. Miriam receives the application at the same time.
Desk review
We review licensure, portfolio, and discipline fit against current gaps in the directory. Typically within five business days.
Reference calls
We contact the references you provide and, where possible, a builder or architect who has worked with you independently of your referral.
Trial collaboration
Listings follow real collaboration, not applications. Most firms are listed after we have worked together on at least one project.
