Corrections can be sent to miriam@emeraldoakdesign.com. The most useful report names the page, quotes the specific sentence, and says what is wrong with it. Reports about a third party — a firm profile, a brand comparison, or a directory listing — are prioritised, and a party writing about their own listing does not need to justify the request.
